Trust Him

I have told you this so that you might have peace in me. In the world you will have trouble, but take courage, I have conquered the world. (John 16:33)

We all have problems, trials. They are a part of earthly life. How we respond to those problems, those trials are what determine if we receive a problem free life for eternity in heaven.

Do you expect a trouble free life? God doesn’t promise a life with no trials. Instead he guarantees that you will face trials, that the path will not be smooth. How will you respond? Will you rely on the imperfection of a fallen world or will you turn to the perfect hope found in seeking God. Will you turn to man or turn to God?

Trust in God it is the only way to achieve His promises. Turn to Him in adverse circumstances, praise Him, and glorify Him. His light shines most brightly through believers who trust Him in the dark. The Holy Spirit is working God’s wonders through you when you trust Him when all seems lost. Trust Him and you will come through. It is what He wants.
