Introduction to Faith, Inspiration and a Cup of Tea

My website Palace of Twelve Pillars with a little help from Myrria the dragon focuses on Middle grade and Young Adult books. Every once in a while I  feature an adult book or something in the faith and inspiration realm. This was great for a while, but now that my faith and inspiration branch was becoming more prominent and reaching out to a totally different audience, Myrria and I decided it was time to create a new website focused on the faith and inspiration while leaving Twelve Pillars to still focus on MG and YA information.

To this end Faith, Inspiration and a Cup of Tea was created.

Some things that you will see over at Faith, Inspiration and a Cup of Tea:

I am currently working on a series of devotions based on my book Women of the Bible: A Study. I am hoping that an phone app Refocus will pick it up, but even if they don’t I will be bringing the videos and devotions to this my website.

I am really excited and a little scared about this project and can’t wait for you all to see it.

On Saturday July 8 my life took a very unexpected yet exciting turn. I was meeting with a friend of mine who runs an organization called Grow a Generation. I thought we were meeting to talk about me volunteering with her group or getting my books in the library at the one school she works at. By the end of the meeting which lasted a couple of hours she offered me a job with Grow a Generation as Project Manager. Most of my responsibilities will be aiding students in the inception, production, publishing and promoting books and websites they have created. I am so excited to be involved with this program. I get to combine two of my passions, kids and writing and get paid to do it. Needless to say my life is changing drastically, but I fully intend to continue pursuing my own writing projects, just have to rearrange my schedule a little bit. I will share the exciting progress of working with these kids along with the books that I currently share. Here is the link to Grow a Generation so you can see some of the exciting things we are working on. https://growageneration.com/

Until Faith Inspiration and a Cup of Tea becomes a little more known and I line up authors and articles, the information I share there will also be seen here.

So settle in a comfy chair, grab a cup of tea and listen to what God has to share.
